WE RESET!
We make buildings fit for Zero Carbon-Zero Energy Goal!
Who are we?
VISION
In the fight against the global climate crisis, we set out to transform existing structures that continue to serve today, into sustainable structures.
We are a team that produces and implements holistic solutions by bringing together architectural and engineering disciplines.
Our aim is to make important studies for the future by applying zero energy buildings (nZEB) criteria.
ROAD MAP
In accordance with the goals of combating climate change, we prepare the necessary design projects for the retrofitting of the existing building stock according to a zero carbon-zero energy perspective and perform the construction activities on a turnkey basis.
By performing life cycle assessment and carbon emission analysis, we aim to reduce carbon emissions from structures to the levels prior to the 1960 industrial period committed in the Paris and Glasgow agreements.
IN 4 STEPS
REDUCE YOUR CARBON FOOTPRINT
1. Detection
Determining the energy demand and consumption of the building
3. Retrofitting Construction
Execution of comprehensive transformation construction activities in the building
2. Energy Retrofit Design
Making a renovation design in accordance with the determined performance level
4. Certification
Mentoring to get PHI certificate from the first day
PASSIVE
HOUSE
The concept of Passive House, which comes from the German word “PassivHaus”, is an energy efficient, comfortable, economical and environmentally friendly building standard.
A common point of Passive Houses is a high level of energy efficiency and comfort. Passive Houses are being built in Europe, America, Asia and the South Pacific and are a truly global solution for energy efficient and sustainable buildings.
Our Criteria
CARBON FOOTPRINT
Climate change is one of the most important threats of our future.
The carbon footprint is the measure of the damage caused by human activities to the environment in terms of the amount of greenhouse gas produced, measured in units of carbon dioxide, and consists of two main parts.
